Golf in Bermuda

Bermuda is calling you for your next golf vacation. With perfect weather year round, anytime is a good time to travel to Bermuda- it does not have a rainy season! Summers do not get hotter than 85 degrees Fahrenheit and winters (December through March) are perfect for golf, although you may want to bring along a light jacket.
 
There are ten courses throughout the country and more in the process of being constructed. Local course designers include Deveraux Emmet and Charles Blair Macdonald, names renowned for their astonishing work.
 
The courses are within reasonable distance from nearly every hotel. If bringing your own clubs you will have to take a cab to the course, as public transportation will not allow them aboard.

The St. George’s Club is the only vacation ownership resort in Bermuda. First opened in 1984, it has been operating for twenty-five years. An interesting fact with respect to the nearly three thousand members is that
about ninety percent of them come back to the property year after year and use The Club as a cost effective way of owning “a piece of the rock”!

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!



This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.

What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
